• Does ORA own the equipment shown on the website?

  No. ORA displays approved equipment listings from sellers and licensed sources. ORA does not own this equipment. Current seller confirmation is required before any commitment.

• Can ORA search for a specific manufacturer or capability?

  Yes. A search can begin with a preferred manufacturer or model, or with the application, capacity, tolerances, facility constraints, budget, and timing that the equipment must satisfy.

• Who inspects, negotiates, and pays?

  The buyer remains responsible for final inspection and diligence. Buyer and seller make all binding decisions, negotiate, pay, and transact directly; ORA does not take title or hold buyer funds.

• When is seller information released?

  Seller information is released through the applicable protected-introduction process after the relevant protection terms are accepted.

• What happens after I submit a requirement?

  Your details first save to My requests. Choose Review and send requirement to send them to ORA for follow-up without re-entering the form. Saving alone does not send a request. ORA must confirm receipt and review; no purchase, reservation or payment is authorized.
